Koch writes a fascinating set of interconnected stories through history about something which I would not have encountered otherwise. I was fascinated by her expounding upon the rodeo and its purposes therein. She is an excellent writer and I really enjoyed this book . I shed a tear at the end. Indigenous wisdom is so beautiful. May god have mercy on us for what we have done to the people of this nation.
